The Village of Orchard Hills is slated to be a 404,500 square-foot mixed-use lifestyle center in affluent Grand Rapids Township, Michigan.

The Village of Orchard Hills will be located on 40 acres and will also include approximately 70 housing units, highlighted by tree lined boulevards, convenient parking, beautiful landscaping, parks, water features and walking paths.
The primary market population of the area is over 300,000, with an average household income of $71,376. The area experienced a 333% increase of households earning between $100,000 and $150,000 from 1990 to 2000, with a 40% projected future growth rate between 2005 and 2008.
